18 CONS located on Kadena AFB, Okinawa, Japan intends to award a Single Source Firm Fixed Price contract to IntelliSense, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] or [email protected] by 16:00 PM, Japan Time, 09/05/2023.  Challenges must include sufficient and concise information for the Government to evaluate and make a determination that equivalent products would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
