This is the Presolicitation Notice for the demolition and removal of an existing waste water treatment plant; and construction of a new waste water treatment facility. This will be a design bid build construction project. Specifications and Drawings will be issued with the Request for Proposal.

The construction project will be completed in Loudoun County, Virginia and applicable Davis Bacon Act wages will be determined with the issuance of the RFP.

The intended release of the RFP will be on or about the week of April 7th, with details of a site visit to be included with the RFP.

The RFP will be issued as a FULL AND OPEN Solicitation.
