The department is seeking Naval Architect/Marine Engineering design services to provide updates to multiple passenger accommodations spaces and equipment upgrades on the M/V Stikine. Work includes including bow thruster, steering system upgrades, fire detection control upgrades/updates/renewals, upgrades to main engine and generator control systems, miscellaneous solarium upgrades, galley and walk-in freezer and refrigerator upgrades, removal and replacements to flooring and carpeting in multiple locations throughout the vessel, replace of exterior doors, construct engineers operating station in main machinery space, and install sewage system exhaust fans and control system upgrades.
