The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The services will encompass the provision of Muslim Spiritual Guide services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Milan located Milan, Michigan in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). These services will be performed in the Religious Services Department for prisoners held in the custody of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons.
