Contractor shall deliver 8 professional, broadcast quality Music Video Productions with an accompanying social media promotion plan between award of contract and 15 Sep 2021. All productions will include pre-production planning to be a collaborative effort between USAF Band of Mid-America personnel and the vendor, including but not limited to: creative direction and input, conceptualization, creative outline, story boarding, scripting, shot ideas and planning, social media promotion plan and shot scheduling. Pre-production planning will begin prior to filming to be determined based on schedule and production deadlines. Final video product delivery deadline will be established during the first pre-planning meeting for each production.

Contractor shall plan adequate days of filming and provide enough crew members per production to meet quality outcomes as determined during production planning. The contractor will import (ingest) and process all footage and edit to create a video product based on the pre-production planning. The contractor will also include any files needed to accommodate closed captioning in compliance with section 508. The contractor will provide revisions until the USAF Band of Mid-America approves the product prior to finalizing the each video production. Following final revisions, the contractor will complete any required mixing, color adjustments, approval compressions and mastering. Final video productions will be delivered in both full resolution (1920x1080, mp4), television broadcast quality files and smaller, compressed files (1280x720 high resolution) appropriate for sharing via Social Media platforms as determined in pre-production planning.

Contractor will be provide all filming equipment (including, but not limited to cameras, lighting, grip, camera accessories) and will be capable of producing full resolution (minimum 3 1920x1080), television broadcast quality output. The vendor will also supply an audio line out (either xlr or ¼ inch) for playback at recording venue and any filming props deemed necessary for production by the vendor. All talent, Air Force specific props and high quality sound files (including any applicable reproduction rights) will be provided by the USAF Band of Mid-America.
