The scope of work consists of the replacement of an existing air handler, exhaust fan, VAV boxes and associated ductwork. Demolition and replacement of existing ceilings, light fixtures, fire alarm devices, etc. to support the HVAC work is also included in the scope. No partial sets allowed.
