The existing bookstore has a footprint of approximately 2,500 sf. Demolition includes removal of all interior partitions, casework, floor finishes, ceilings, light fixtures, mechanical ductwork and diffusers, and other ceiling devices. New work will include constructing new metal stud and gypsum board walls, new ACT ceilings, lights, ductwork and diffusers, ceiling devices, sinks, casework, and LVT and carpet floor finishes.
