Solicitation number is SPE4A6-14-R-1676, is a 100 small business set-aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. All of AMC/AMSC codes for the NSNs are "1G".  The approved sources of supply are listed with the NSN. Surge and sustainment is not required for any of the NSNs.   The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only, the minimum delivery order quantity and the maximum delivery order quantity will be cited in the solicitation. Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on April 22, 2014 with a closing date of June 3, 2014.
