The Library of Congress intends to issue a sole source acquisition to DLT Solutions to provide Multinet USA software and licenses allowing the Congressional Cartography Program (CCP) to provide patrons with data in a format that is easily accessible and to support the requests for cartographic information, which is the driving force behind the program.
