Interested parties who believe they can meet the Agency's requirement are requested to submit in writing an affirmative response; all responses must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements. In your response you must address each of the items listed above in sufficient detail to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. Failure to submit documentation will result in the agency proceeding as stated above. A determination by the agency not to open competition is solely within the discretion of the agency. In accordance with FAR 5.204 a written affirmative response must be received no later than 10 days after the publication of this synopsis.
