The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) solicitation is to create an Agreement/Contract for the purchase of multi-media equipment, systems and associated accessories. The University of Central Florida expects that the selected manufacturers, large resellers and authorized dealers will work in partnership with the university to furnish quality equipment, systems and services at the lowest price available. They shall do so in a timely and efficient manner that is in accordance with terms outlined in this solicitation. Please bid on equipment and accessories, only. Installation will be on an as needed basis in accordance with section 12.
