Voice of America office of Lao Services is seeking to fulfil (1) Multimedia Combination Service Position as a Contractor.  This will be done as Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement, Not to Exceed $150,000.00 per year for (1yr).

This Position will be paid on an Hourly Rate with variable hours and days (up to 8hrs a day, 5 days a week), Sunday through Saturday - including government Holidays.  (See SOW for more details)  Period of Performance: 11/01/2014 - 10/31/2015.

The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals for interested Independent Contractor.  The Contractor most be register in www.SAM.gov system in order to work for the Federal Government.

Once Selected Contractor must provide copy of US Citizenship, Work Permit, Photo ID and or Visa, prior to working.  Contractor also will have to be able to pass a Security Clearance before starting to work.
