The Savannah/Chatham County Public School System (hereinafter referred to as “SCCPSS”) is currently soliciting proposals from qualified firms to solicit formal sealed proposals for Multimedia Classroom Presentation Systems for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) as detailed in the specifications in Attachment A. Any deviations from these specifications must be clearly noted by the Offeror. Adequate information to allow the Board to evaluate those exceptions must be submitted with the proposal. If submitting on other than specified, the proposal must clearly identify those exceptions on the Sealed Fee Proposal Form.
