GENERAL INFORMATION
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL may have a requirement to purchase Multimedia Archive Access. This is a sources sought to gain market research information. The scope of this effort is to provide Accunet/AP Multimedia Archive OR A SIMILAR SERVICE. Service would be provided for Maxwell AFB Air University for one base year and two option years ending in 2016. Attached is the statement of requirement for review.

1.0 SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT. The Muir S. Fairchild Research Information Center requires a subscription to the Accunet/AP Multimedia Archive (including AP Photos, AP Graphics, AP Audio and AP Text). This product contains current and historical content dating back to 1826 providing research support to Air University students for their coursework and class presentations. An initial one year contract with 2 two-year options periods is requested in this purchase request.

2.0 DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. The Accunet/AP Multimedia Archive (including AP Photos, AP Graphics, AP Audio and AP Text) accessible via username/password.

4.0 GENERAL INFORMATION: Access should be available by username/password to allow Air University distance learners access to the resource.
