Place of Performance
The FEMA LRO Office has two locations of operation: 1500 Main Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 and 1100 Robert E. Lee Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70113.
Introduction of Purpose of RFI
The FEMA Louisiana Recovery Offices use multifunctional devices (MFD's) which include the capabilities for copying, faxing, scanning, and printing for daily operational functions. As FEMA projects are completed the size of the offices and operating capacity will be decreasing since the FEMA Offices in Louisiana are in the recovery stage; therefore less MFD's will be needed.
FEMA is requesting information from vendors which would have the capability to rent or lease MFD's over a four year period with no termination fees if there is not a bona-fide need to renew the units. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for estimated quantity and lease/rent schedule. The estimated lease/rent schedule is only an estimate due to the unforeseen nature of anticipated needs in the future.
Please provide a written response to the following questions for the Key Elements of Focus:
• What are your capabilities to supply MFD's as per specifications and quantity of units included in the SOW?
• What is your capability to lease units?
• What is your capability to rent units?
• What is your capability to wave or greatly reduce any termination fees as per estimated lease/rent schedule in SOW?
• What is your capability for delivery and installation of all machines to work within the network system?
• What is your capability to perform maintenance on machines in New Orleans and Baton Rouge?
• What is your capability to provide supplies for machines in New Orleans and Baton Rouge?
• What is your capability to train employees on the MFD's?
