The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) DU100R-15-R-0001, to provide support for HUD's Multifamily Mortgage Loan Servicing requirement. The solicitation will be posted at https://www.fbo.gov/ website no later than August 11, 2015. This is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 522390, Other Activities Related to Credit Intermediation with a Business Size Standard of $20.5 million. HUD anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of a twelve month base period plus four one year option periods. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Subpart 15 Contracting by Negotiation. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website for amendments to the solicitation.
