This Requuest for Proposal (RFP) is for the acquisition of Multiband Amplifier.

1. Offerors are to submit quotes for the following:

CAGE: 6LAB7

P/N: A-3575

Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): A quantity of 2 each year


2. CERTIFICATION: The Amplifier is part of the Army Airborne Command and Control System (A2C2S) console installed in the UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. Air Worthiness Release (AWR) Certification is required

3. CONTRACT TYPE: This RFP will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for 5 years, and issued using FAR Part 12 and 15 for the following commercial item.

4. This ID/IQ will have a maximum value of $300,000.

5. MINIMUM GUARANTEE: This contract provides a quanteed minium of $70,000.

6. The Government estimated quantity in 5 years is a quantity of 13 each

7. DELIVERY: The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). Thisrequirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The Government required delivery schedule is located in the Deliveries or Performance section. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged.

8. WARRANTY: The Contractor shall provide a standard no-cost warranty.

9. FIRST ARTICLE TESTING: First Article Testing is not required by FAR 9.303.
