SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

AGENCY: UNITED STATES SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (USSOCOM)

TITLE: Solution for Stand-off Precision Guided Munition (SOPGM) Multi-Purpose Penetrator for Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS)

NOTE:  This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Forces (SOF), Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L), Directorate of Procurement, is seeking information to identify potential sources for market research purposes only.

The Government has a requirement for an increased penetration capability, through warhead and fuse modifications, to production APKWS, approximate quantity of 300 to 6,500, part of the USSOCOM SOPGM capability to meet operational requirements of the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).

This Sources Sought Notice is seeking any Contractor to provide materiel, product support, and data in support of the APKWS Multi-Purpose Penetrator (MPP) warhead with Enhance Electronic Delay (EED) fuzing to USSOCOM. The contractor shall provide the necessary materiel, product support, equipment and data that supports the performance requirements of this SOW for the MPP warheads with EED fuzing, associated test articles, and documentation in support of this APKWS program.

Potential offerors are required to possess a SECRET Facility Clearance from Defense Security Service.  Some personnel will be required to have a SECRET clearance

Responses shall be no longer than 5 pages in length.  Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this Notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Government if received within thirty (30) calendar days of this notice.  The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
