The MAB is a world class assessment of aptitude and intelligence that is currently being used within the Special Operations Command. The materials being requested are additional publications needed to continue the success of the MAB program. This notice is not a request for offers. Any other responsible source capable of meeting the requriement may submit technical, delivery , and pricing data in order to determine capability. However, the determination to compete or to not compete this requirement rests solely with the Government. To be considered, all required documentation must be submitted
