CITY OF EARLY, TEXAS NOTICE OF OFFER OF LAND FOR SALE MULBERRY RIGHT-OF-WAY Notice is hereby given that the City of Early, Texas is offering for sale the real property in the City of Early, Texas, containing 0.459 acres, more or less, and being more fully described as follows: All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land lying and being situated in Brown County, Texas, and being a 0.459 of an acre and being all of Mulberry Street lying between Block 1 and Block 4, Orchard View Addition Second Filing to the City of Early, Brown County, Texas, of record in Volume 1, Page 188, Plat Records, Brown County, Texas The City of Early intends to sell the real property at its fair market value. The minimum bid which will be considered by the City of Early is $6,000.00. Persons wishing to bid on the property may submit a sealed bid to the City Secretary of Early, Texas, at Early City Hall located at 960 Early Boulevard, Early, Texas. The deadline for sealed bids is Friday, June 4, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. Bid will be awarded at the Early City Council meeting on June 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The winning bidder must be able to remit the required purchase amount in cash, or certifiable funds, within 30 days of the date action is taken on the bid by the City Council.
