The Project consists of renovations on the 7th & 8th Floors of Methodist University Hospital Shorb Tower as needed to convert Med Surg rooms to Intensive Care and Flex Intensive Care rooms . Work includes interior demolition, interior construction, new finishes and modifications to existing Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications systems . Bid Information: Bids signed and under seal , executed, and dated will be emailed to the Owner before 2:00 p.m. local standard time on the 7th day of October, 2024. Emails are to be sent to: 1.
