Solicitation N00421-13-T-0234 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The requested equipments are essential part of NAVAIR's vehicle program and their infrastructure. The only known source is the manufacturer General Dynamics S4 Systems with no known authorized distributor/reseller; however, any sources able to meet this requirement may submit a proposal (See attached RFQ). Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
