The requirement will support the 737 Training Group at JBSA Lackland, TX. This requirement will support the MTI Deliberate Development program currently in place to support BMT training.

This requirement requests for the following:

Qty. 1 - Behavioral Analyst - Survey and data analysis (Doctorate Degree, 3 yrs exp)

Qty. 1 - Behavioral Development Specialist (Bachelor's Degree, 2 yrs exp)

Qty. 3 - Data Processor/Survey Administrators (no exp)

Qty. 2 - Instructor of Military Value-Based Instruction (Master's Degree, no exp)

This is for an options aquisition (Base + 4 years)
