The Contractor shall develop and deliver storyboards for 10 hours of instruction and support the content developer as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as defined in the T9001B checklist dated April 25, 2007, Fire Control Type, Development Phase and the Process forthe Implementation of the Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Continuum 4/18/2009 DRAFT.  The contract provide the following deliveries:

1. Develop and delivery storyboards for 10 hrs of Instructin (CDRL)

2. Prepare and deliver a Final Report in contractor format. (ELIN)

Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA.  GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.  See Note 22.*****
