This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) Health Promotion's Methamphetamine and Suicide Prevention Initiative (MSPI) is requesting proposals from interested Offerors to provide consultant contracting services to provide education and experience with an emphasis in Methamphetamine Suicide Prevention. Review the enclosed instructions and provide this office with a proposal, utilizing the information contained herein. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
