The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain food services program for U.S. Government in Podgorica, Montenegro, for Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. The contract will be for a five years period from the date of the contract award. Base + 4 Option years. 

The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other purposes.

Daily Cooking and Serving Requirements

The cook will prepare all meals scheduled on the monthly menu. On Monday, the cook will inform the Mess NCO of any supplies they may need to prepare the meals listed on the menu for the entire week.     

The cook will prepare any meals requested by members of the household during their specified working hours. The cook will be allotted a lunch break and at such time the cook is not required to prepare meals for the household members on the menu for the entire week.
