Facilities Management Division is purchasing a 3 year subscription of MSDSOnline. The required product is being deemed a sole source purchase because the State was unable to find another vendor that offers both a comprehensive library of MSDS sheets and a program to manage multiple sites via a single portal accessible by all employees via computer desktop.
