The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires annual weight test, inspection, repair, and certification of material handling equipment (MHE) forklift equipment at MSC Underway Replenishment Training Center (MUTC), Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek-Fort Story, and Training Center Hampton Roads, (TCHR) FT Eustis, New Port News, VA. Maintenance may include, appraisals, groom, inspections, certification, weight test, life cycle management, overhauls, refurbishment, repairs, reports, tests, and upgrades.
