This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-18-Q-8011, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 13 January 2018. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335122 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The basis for award is price. The following commodity item is requested in this solicitation:

Contractor shall provide poles and lights for MSA area (facility 196) in accordance with the Minimum Specifications (reference Attachment #3). Site visit required to place bid, 30 January 2018 at 10:00a.m. Central. Contract line item numbers (CLIN) and quantities are as follows:

CLIN 0001, MSA LIGHTS, LED Lights, Required Delivery Date (60 days ARO),
Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 9 each;

CLIN 0002, MSA LIGHTS, LED Lights, Required Delivery Date (60 days ARO),
Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 12 each;

CLIN 0003, MSA LIGHTS, LED Lights, Required Delivery Date (60 days ARO),
Quantity (QTY)/Unit of Issue (U.I.): 2 each;

CLIN 0004, MSA LIGHTS, LED Light Pole, Required Delivery Date (60 days ARO),
