This is requirement was previously synopsized and solicited under SPRMM1-21-R-YC52.  It is now being re-solicited as an unrestricted procurement.  The 100% total small business set-aside has been dissolved.

DLA Land & Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis (under 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1) a firm-fixed price Requirements contract (see FAR 16.503) for the acquisition of DESALINATOR, HND, OP, NSN 4610-01-319-5337, part number MROD-35LL1 manufactured by Katadyn Desalination, LLC (CAGE 4QM71).  The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer.  All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.  The FOB point is Origin.  Inspection and acceptance will be at Origin.  Government source inspection is required.  Offerors should thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
