This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock Replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The solicitation will be unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 12 procedures, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. These items will be procured in accordance with manufacturer’s code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources.

Pricing will be solicited for four quantity ranges for this NSN with F.O.B. Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.

The solicitation will be available on or about March 11, 2020 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, proposed delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.

This proposed procurement include a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2530 and 3030.

The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (3 BASE YEARS plus 2 option years) and shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
