Broadway, Missoula, MT will be received on QuestCDN until 10:00 A.M., local time, on Friday, January 6, 2023. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud via an on-line Microsoft Teams Meeting at 10:00 A.M., local time, on Friday, January 6, 2023. The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids through the City’s electronic bidding site: http://questcdn.com. QuestCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements, bid document distribution, and plan holder lists. Prospective Bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (# 8353893) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page. Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through Quest CDN. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. The project site is located on 1427 West Broadway Street, Missoula, MT 58901 and contains a 9,936 square foot main building and a 456 square foot maintenance shed. The project consists of asbestos and lead based paint abatement, deconstruction of any building materials of value that can be recycled or reused, removal and disposal of the remainder of the building, and other related items in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
