Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for the construction of: MRA URD II Burton Street Improvements Project will be received by City of Missoula Redevelopment Agency at the office of City Clerk, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana until 10:00 a.m., local time on March 11, 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud via MS Teams meeting, with information provided through the QuestCDN ebidding system. The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids through the City’s electronic bidding site: www.questcdn.com. Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders will need the seven digit QuestCDN project number (#8122278) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. The project site is located at the 500 Block of Burton Street and the east end of the Imagination Brewery/City of Missoula parking lot on West Broadway, Missoula, Montana. The project generally consists of site grading of an area that will be paved by the City of Missoula; installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk; installation of gravel trails; installation of lighting; installation of landscaping; and installation of paint, signs, and markings all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
