A Prebid Conference will be held VIA ZOOM at 2:30 PM on November 7, 2023 . Bidders expressing interest to the Architect [email protected] by 24 hours prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the prebid meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors are required to make a prebid site visit. Those wishing to access the Cottonwood Elementary School roof will need to make an appointment by contracting John Brennan at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled site visits are required to be after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., local time, on November 14, 2023 at Millard Public Schools, Don Stroh Administration Center, 5606 S 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. This entire project is within Cottonwood Elementary School , 615 Piedmont Drive , Omaha , Nebraska 68154 . The project consists of the partial reroof of the building as shown on the Drawings . A printed copy is available upon the receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
