Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This entire project is within Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 South 161st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68135 . The project consists of removing and replacing the existing translucent panel skylight system.
