A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024 at the Project site . Attendance is mandatory. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time, on November 14, 2024 at Millard Public Schools, Support Services, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. This entire project is within Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 South 161st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68135 . The project consists of the partial reroof of the building as shown on the Drawings. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
