All Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference at MPS Beadle Middle School – 18201 Jefferson Street on Friday, August 5th, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST (meet at the main entrance), to familiarize themselves with the Site Conditions, Bidding Requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions. Bids shall be submitted prior to 10:00 AM (CST), Wednesday August 16th, 2022, and to the attention of John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. The Owner wishes to receive bids for completing the construction work of the RTU Replacement Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
