The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 02 March 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting long-term contract will be Indefinite Deliveries Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract. The first task order (Seed Task Order) will be awarded immediately upon the IDIQ Base Contract being awarded. One (1) IDIQ contract will be made for Fort Worth District Regional Lake Office: Capital Region. Only one offer will be made by the Government.

PROJECT INFORMATION: To provide facility mowing services at various parks and locations at Somerville Lake. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility mowing services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: Base Year (12 months) and three (3) option years consisting of 12 months each.

Period of Performance: Base: 10 April 2017 through 09 April 2018; Option Year 1: 10 April 2018 through 09 April 2019; Option Year 2: 10 April 2019 through 09 April 2020; Option Year 3: 10 April 2020 through 09 April 2021.
