NOTICE OF BID 21-B-019 MOURNING DOVE WTP SOLIDS TREATMENT TRAIN UPGRADE (Re-Bid) The City of Titusville is soliciting an Invitation To Bid (ITB) from licensed and qualified Contractor capable to perform major construction upgrade of Mourning Dove WTP solids train upgrade consisting of construction of gravity thickener, dewatering facility, sludge pumping station, recovery pond, piping and manholes, instrumentation/electrical, other appurtenances specified while maintaining plant flow in addition to performing other related work. All work to include equipment, materials, labor, and supervision.
