ITB#20-B-011 Mourning Dove WTP-Solids Train Upgrade Invitation To Bid (ITB) seeking the service from an experienced, qualified, and licensed Contractor to perform upgrades to the Mourning Dove WTP solids treatment train and other related work consisting of: construction, demolition, and renovation. Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining plant flow and treatment processes in addition to removal and/or relocate equipment as indicated on the drawings. The solids upgrade to the Mourning Dove WTP consisting of, but not limited to: A. Construction of: one (1) gravity thickener; dewatering facility; thickened lime sludge pumping station; "new" recovery pond; civil piping & manholes; piping site work; other appurtenances as shown. B. Demolition of: existing dewatering building; concrete structures (as indicated); asphalt roadways (as indicated); piping & conduit (as indicated); existing recovery pond. C. Renovation of: recovery pond; sludge drying beds; piping and appurtenances; other removals/demolitions (as indicated) D. Maintain plant flow and treatment processes E.
