Invitation To Bid (ITB) seeking the service from an experienced, qualified, and licensed Contractor to perform upgrades to the Mourning Dove WTP solids treatment train and other related work consisting of: construction, demolition, and renovation. Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining plant flow and treatment processes in addition to removal and/or relocate equipment as indicated on the drawings. ***Special Note: Bidder shall have five (5) years prior commercial experience and be able to document having performed at least three water treatment plant projects as the prime contractor exceeding $3 million that include: construction, renovation, demolition, modification/upgrade project.
