A Non-Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 30, 2023 @ 9:00 A.M. located at Mourning Dove WTF, 2836 Garden St, Titusville, FL 32780. The City of Titusville’s CO2 Storage Tank at the Mourning Dove Water Treatment Plant was installed in 2009 but was a refurbished tank that needs replacement. The City is seeking a contractor to provide a full turnkey service to replace and upgrade the CO2 system for this plant.
