The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center/PZIA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico is seeking potential sources to provide an upgrade to migrate Motorola radios from the Motorola 3600 baud SmartNet II trunking system to the new Motorola SmartZone 9600 baud trunking system. The requirements are:

• Flash upgrade 505 EA Motorola XTS5000 portable radios(Government owned) to P25 9600-baud SmartZone Trunking with RS232Data

• Flash upgrade 12 EA XTL5000 base station (Consolette)(Government owned)to P25 9600-baud SmartZone Trunking with RS232 Data

• Flash upgrade 20 EA XTL5000 Mobile radios(Government owned) to P25 9600-baud SmartZone Trunking with RS232 Data

• Provide 4EA New APX7500 single band UHF R1MP

• Provide 1EA new APX6500 UHF R1 Mid power

• Provide 3EA new APX remote Consolette interfaces

• Provide 18EA new XTS5000 radio batteries 1800 MAH FM NIMH
