MOSQUITO SPRAYING FOR NINIGRET PARK SPECIAL EVENTS to Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM TOWNOFCHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID MOSQUITO SPRAYING FOR NINIGRET PARK SPECIAL EVENTS The Town of Charlestown is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Mosquito Spraying in Ninigret Park for Special Events. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk's office no later than 3:00PM, July 24, 2024,onwhich time they will be publicly opened. All proposals should be clearly marked in the lower left­ hand corner as to your intent to bid on the "Mosquito Spraying – Ninigret Park Special Events” The contract requirements are detailed in the specifications attached. Specific questions may be addressed to the Parks and Recreation Office between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday or on the Town of Charlestown's website at: www.charlestownri.org. Questions regarding the specifications can be directed to Vicky Hilton, Director of Parks, and Recreation at (401)364-1222. The Town reserves the right to reject all proposals and to accept the proposals which it deems, in its sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Town.
