Limits: This proposal shall be effective from April 1, 2020, until re-bid (bid period not to exceed three years). The District shall requisition the materials as needed. The proposal shall be for approximately three hundred thousand (300,000) pounds per calendar year, containing not less than 200 Bti ITU/mg. The Bti should be attached to a light-weight product of approximately 10-14 mesh corn cob granules. Must be able to deliver 10,000 lbs of product within two (2) days of order placement and 32,000 lbs of product within one week (7 days) of order placement, with a potential maximum of 100,000 lbs to be delivered in any given month. Bti-based larvicides must contain an EPA label allowing the applicators to apply without the use of a dust/mist filtering respirator when applied from an enclosed cab or aircraft. The product must be registered with the EPA for mosquito control and registered for use in Florida. Product must be deliverable in 40 lb. bags and 1,200 lb. capacity âbulk bagsâ with a maximum height of 52 inches.
