Eddy County is seeking bids from qualified vendors with the intent of purchasing approximately 96 locker modules of the Morse Watchman Electronic Key Watcher Touch Locker System. All potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), especially the mandatory requirements. Eddy County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical irregularities, and to award the contract(s) to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the best interest of the County.
