Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information:

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base OH anticipates a competitive acquisition to provide Communication Security (COMSEC) and Custodians/Managers with the work to be performed by the contractor in the country of Morocco.
All sources capable of providing these services are being sought. In addition to the information required below, responding parties must also indicate their status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services, size standard $25M. The NAICS code and description should be addressed in responses. Additionally, firms having GSA schedules should indicate their GSA schedule number in their responses. The acquisition methodology for this requirement will be determined after responses to this sources sought are received.
Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a package that outlines their company's capability to provide the required service. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Recent, relevant experience is defined as performance of the same or similar projects within the past three (3) years. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. In addition to the information for the capabilities package, please include a Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for the work described in the PWS. The response must not exceed 15 pages.
