ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Bid Date: March 18, 2021 Project: Morgan County FY21 LMIG Project Contact: Mark Williams, Procurement Director Date of Issue: February 25, 2021 ASPHALT DEEP PATCHING, OGI LEVELING, RESUFRACING, FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION, AND RESTRIPING 13 COUNTY ROADS AND ALSO INCLUDES GRADING, PAVING, AND STRIPING OF GODFREY FRIE STATION AND PARKING AREA Sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to successfully accomplish the following work will be received by the Board of Commissioner of Morgan County, Georgia, 150 E Washington Street, P.O. Box 168, Madison, Georgia 30650, until 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 18,2021. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 AM. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Morgan County Commissioners Meeting Room located at 150 E Washington Street, Madison, Georgia 30650. Project Description: Project will consist of approximately 10 miles of roadway to include: Deep patching, OGI leveling, Resurfacing, Full Depth Reclamation, and Restriping 13 County Roads and Grading Complete, Paving, and Striping of the Godfrey Fire Station Driveway and Parking Area. Mr. Mark Williams, Morgan County Procurement Director will be Morgan County’s contact person for acquiring bid packages. Contract Time: All work is to be accomplished within 6 months of the Project Notice-to-Proceed Successful bidder will strictly adhere to all Georgia DOT Regulations, Current Standards and Specifications, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices guidelines, and all requirements included in the Project Agreement between Morgan County and the successful bidder. Morgan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
