Amendment 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the Statement of Work, include photographs of the existing winches, and include a Q&A document. Offerors shall replace pages 4-6 of the Solicitation with the attached Statement of Work with changes shown in red text.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mat Sinking Unit requires the delivery of five (5) double drum mooring winch
hoists in accordance with the specifications. The winches will be used on the two security barges, incinerator barge,
and two anchor barges.
