This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the

format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional

information included in this notice. The NSWCCD intends to solicit on a full and open

competitive basis for :

1. Mooring Lines 2 each

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Quotes are being requested under RFQ N00167-16-T-0139. The NSWCCD intends to award a

firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is

314994 and the business size standard is 1,000. This requirement is 100% small business setaside.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through

the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect

through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89 and the Defense Federal Acquisition

Regulation Supplement (DFARS) SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR CLAUSES AND

PROVISIONS.

Evaluation Factors (in order of importance)

1. Brand Specific - Offerors must quote for supplies that reflect the required brand name and

part number.

2. Price - Offerors must include all applicable costs that reflect the items listed in the parts list

of the solicitation.
